Advice needed for a newbie

Hello everyone! My name is Sarah. I'm 22 years old, and I work full-time as a Trauma Critical Care Registered Nurse, I attend school full-time, and I am a Staff Sergeant in the US Air Force Reserves. My father has discussed with me the potential benefits of getting involved in flipping homes, becoming a landlord, wholesaling, etc. as he has done for years. He referred me to BiggerPockets.com so that I would have access to more resources as I learn about it all. Based on my little experience, little personal funding for investment, and a semi-busy lifestyle, does anyone have any advice regarding how I can best get involved in real estate?
