Classic design?

I want to find out the biggest problems property owners, agents, managers, companies or others in the industry face and provide a solution using web/software or technology. 

Almost 85% of agents and brokers have a web presence now.

I designed a new type of bond that will finance the building.

[Unless you have alot of cash you dont need that but the program is designed for owner occupied fixer types.

Listen to audibles when driving your car, listen to podcasts, listen to those that have done this and that's better than any coaching you will get in a seminar designed to sell you to the next level.Don't get me wrong,  love his books, I love his principles, but his seminars are designed only to give you tidbits of information, details are in the next higher priced seminars, etc.

From what I can tell, most houses are designed for 40 lbs/sqft.

With 100k right now I would probably buy a couple Section 8 houses in downtown Delray Beach Florida In areas that have been designated for future change under the Community Redevelopment Agency.

It's great for web browsing and email, and of course the tons of apps, which are somewhat useful, but web & email dominate my usage.

You might work something out with a mom and pop, I doubt you would with a corporate property manager type as it does make moving out more difficult.... it is a gig designed in the contract
