I think internet marketing is great. It is a good way to stay connected. But to truly be successful you have to stay ahead of the curve. Almost 85% of agents and brokers have a web presence now. There is a shift going on in the marketing industry right now. The PC and the Lap top is becoming a secondary item. The big boys like Google, Facebook, Microsoft, Amazon... etc... are spending billions now acquiring or building Mobile platforms for their marketing strategies. Smartphones are now an extension of peoples arms, Everyone is now texting, Its the #1 way to communicate these days. Its why Facebook is so popular and has made billions.

96% of people read there texts 83% of those text are opened within the first hour. 90% people now don't open their emails...
Do you see the shift?

Let me give you a short example: You are selling a property, you have a for sale sign up in front that says for more info TEXT Smith St to 90210. Thats it!!! Once they text Smith st to 90210 they instantly get a text with the sales price, a link to a virtual tour , pictures of the inside and the Sales agent mobile business card.
No more coming to the house to open the door and maybe they like it. Base on the info given they will make a decision. On the flip side you now have their phone #,what property and price point they are looking for and can update them at any time with a click of a button.... no more flyers, you dont even know who picks them up and when you need to refill.

You just lost any credibility you had...

Actually he lost credibility when he came here just to hock some product without any formal introduction and not even following up with anyone here in this thread.
