I just recently started a pretty successful Airbnb in Miami (Bombadil’s Inn), in the midst of the so called Airbnb Bust, and also just bought a house on the coast of Spain that I’m currently preparing for a vacation rental (I also have plans to restore its attached bar into a bar/restaurant).

Some blocks are gritty intersections, others are quiet tree-lined and family oriented.Bottom-line, I think this one of the hottest neighborhoods in NYC/Jersey Area for the following reasons:1) Commute to lower Manhattan about 25 mins on light rail/path2) Luxury buildings going up everywhere especially in the eastern/communipaw portions, as well as developing bar/restaurant scene3) Historic brownstone/townhome lined blocks4) Still relatively cheap compared to other JC neighborhoods.5) 5-15 min bike/drive to Downtown Jersey City6) Under-developed, still many vacant lots to be filled.

For instance,by only asking for a correction in a complaint you can delay a process up to 30 days and this is only because the bank most of the time don't have the documentation in place in order to make any changes in a quickly manner, as long as you have a good reason to ask for a correction there's nothing illegal on doing it.So, you are implying, you, an uninterested third party likely not a member of the bar association can work on a foreclosure complaint?
