Pensacola/Destin: title companies & end buyers

Angela Hall
Posted

Hello, new member here getting started in REI wholesaling for Pensacola/Destin area.

Looking for recommendations for wholesaler-friendly title companies in these areas. Also, what is the best way to build a legitimate end buyers list?

Thx!

Most title companies have been around the block. They'll be able to work with assignments and double closings. Just call them and confirm.

To build a buyers list start with FB groups. "REI Pensacola" in the search bar and you can create a post. Easy way to get a handful.

Buyers come when a deal is good. Finding a deal is the hard part. Focus on that.
