I spent a lot of years in Crete and my sister teaches at Grant in Chicago Heights.Obviously, I'm going to encourage you to invest in real estate.

One of my goals with investing is to be able to teach my younger siblings & family in Atlanta to do the same.

KW will definitely teach you some powerful habits and learning from them is a great way to go.

While studying to be an agent won't teach you a whole lot about investing, I bet it will be very beneficial in your market.
