I have a fresh list from county courthouses.I’d rather not spend time running the comps knowing that it’s a numbers game and I know that people usually need a day or so to make a decision.

A fresh paint and carpet with lighting fixtures usually the way to go for renting unless there are intermediate repairs... 

What does the information reveal about their habits...Good or Bad?

I've talked to several past students who revealed how much they had paid and it was alot....like more than a nationwide guru program because you have to split profits on a certain amount of deals.

One look at the foreclosure case docket revealed the bank was moving to set aside the foreclosure, and reopen due to them missing a junior lien holder.  

My inspection on 6/1/2023 revealed you are not properly watering the lawn, removing/spraying the weeds, or keeping the lawn mowed lower than 12 inches.
