Hello! I am new to the investing world and have started to network at the Milwaukee Real Estate Investors Association (REIA) and was wondering if anyone on here has gone through their mentoring program that they offer? Looking to have a few questions answered and get feedback from students who were in it!

Replied

I've talked to several past students who revealed how much they had paid and it was alot....like more than a nationwide guru program because you have to split profits on a certain amount of deals. Respectfully, it was upsetting hearing how much local people were spending on this and their ROI. I erroneously got sucked in to Fortunebuilders when we started over 10yrs ago and that was 30k but the REIA program costs even more.
