Nothing wrong with that.This may be a drastic solution, but it might be the way to go.You need two new tenants.Don't renew the lease (no incentive), and cash-for-keys (help them get that car out too).You're planning a full renovation, right?

I'm a full time chef really interested in growing in Real Estate, my first deal was and still being my primary residence bought as a short-sale paid 67k cash on January 2013, spent 18k in renovation and now it's worth around 150k .I became a Licensed Real Estate Agent 5 months ago, and I'm looking forward to working on this field.
