I'm a full time chef really interested in growing in Real Estate, my first deal was and still being my primary residence bought as a short-sale paid 67k cash on January 2013, spent 18k in renovation and now it's worth around 150k .I became a Licensed Real Estate Agent 5 months ago, and I'm looking forward to working on this field. 

I have a lot of experience with renovations, having done most of my work on historic single and multifamily properties.

I'd now like to purchase a couple more houses (single or multi family), in which I can renovate and rent out (BRRR?).

Both were renovated by the same company, and have the exact same finishes on the inside (right down to the paint color).

I am wondering how I should finance the purchase and renovation if I plan to hold the property for only 90-120 days.

Basically there are 2 types of investors that come into this neighborhood- people who renovate and flip properties and people who tear down and build new homes.
