Spring Market Arrives Early This Year in DC

Every Spring, the market heats up in the DC area, and this year it has arrived in February.  I was out at a number of open houses this past weekend, and it was a mob scene at every one.  Two weekends ago it was the same thing. Maybe the drop in interest rates is creating a buying frenzy, but the Spring rush is here much earlier than I anticipated.
