Hi everyone! my name is Brian Jones I'm new to the site and looking for help. I'm wondering if anyone knows of any good licensed general contractors that preferably have or are willing to work with a bank. I'm working on a deal and have been approved for a renovation loan, but can't find a good contractor. any help would be appreciated. thanks!
