I agree a lot with J.ScottWe have a great agent who starts promoting our property by word of mouth as soon as we get past major demo and start putting everything back together.

If you start making emotional decisions and deviate from that list based on your feelings you are likely to get burned.

Joe is right, you can do whatever you like and then get burned.
