@Thomas Pae in addition to the hospitals (all of which are world class) major employers in the Cleveland area include GM & Ford (both of whom have recently announced major investments in their CLE area plants), US Gov (NASA Glenn Research Center is here), KeyCorp, Progressive Insurance, Sherwin Williams, Swagelok, State of Ohio and higher education (CSU, Case Western Reserve, Baldwin Wallace).

My only issue with the process is that I am not sure how I go about getting an official rent evaluation because they do not allow use of the rental history of the property.

You may have to get your license in a different state as previously mentioned, then get your NC Brokers license when you move back officially in August of 2020.

That success has largely been due to a lender offering fantastic terms on portfolio loans for 1-4 unit properties:30 year amortization, 30 year termLends to LLC'sFixed for 10 yearsGreat rates (My last refi was 4.25% interest rate)No seasoning period80% LTVTo my dismay (as well as virtually all my fellow Central PA investors), this lender recently announced that they are no longer offering these loans to LLC's (they also mentioned a potential cap on total loan amount, but nothing official there yet).
