I have been there myself and know that you can find realtors, lenders, and investors who are in the same niche and can give a little guidance.

Consider sending messages to other members for specific guidance.

i have never read a single book on investing in RE....nor have any of my investor friends (to my knowledge). the mechanics of it aren't rocket science. if you want guidance, there is a TON of free info to read up on at BP and other forums. you don't need to buy somebody's book to learn.
