Hello everyone! My name is Alfredo and I am a new member to this forum and to RE as well. I am interested in rental properties ( multi- family) and just sent for the Rental Property Book from BB. I live in the New Orleans/ Jefferson area.

Any suggestions on how to start my RE education will be appreciated. Currently I am fully employed in the Financial Industry (Investments) and looking to create a second cash flow business.
