If they do not have confidence in your presentation (beginning to end) and the way you field those phone calls, then they will go somewhere else.

I've talked with a few people in my area who are successful REI's and have been establishing relationships that I'm confident will turn into deals in the future.

Balancing school and the long hours it takes to build your own business (the latter half I'm confident you are all familiar with) has been a challenge, so I am taking a break from school over the next semester or two to focus on these endeavors!
