Hey everybody, 

Thanks for the warm welcome and encouraging words on the intro post! I've talked with a few people in my area who are successful REI's and have been establishing relationships that I'm confident will turn into deals in the future. I've even got my brother on board to partner with me to take on our first deal, whenever that happens, which we both are thinking will be a flip. However, I don't have any connections really on BP and would really like to figure out who on here is in San Diego, or does deals in San Diego or Southern California area, and might want to connect.
