While using an FHA loan, is it pretty typical that the first year will be a loss while focusing on the longer play?

I'm pretty new to BP as well :)  Keep in mind that some Big White properties can have ridiculous strata fees for a two bedroom condo ($700+/mo).

I'll use myself as an example.I wouldn't call myself a master salesman (not in-person, anyway) - but I am pretty good at finding properties at a very, very low price.

Seems like everyone is pretty skeptical about Detroit later.....just seen on BP podcasts

I think this platform offers the most bang for the buck.Costar has pretty good information, but very pricey.Another good site for phone numbers is thatsthem.com, a little better than Spokeo in my opinion.  

I am also pretty well versed with marketing commercial properties if you need the help.I wish you well on your deal!

A lot of the older houses in my area have pretty squirrelly floors.
