I've been reading up for the past few days and I've not really come over any real road blocks for moving forward in MH investing besides a few things.1.

My interest for the RE license is strictly to show the top REO agents that I mean business and highly respect the industry and how hard these individuals work.I understand that I have to disclose my license holdings when investing, that doesn't scare me at all.

I have had issues with being blocked though so I recommend being careful how many emails you send per day, the message, and frequency. 

I own a few properties in Ga and TX and am looking forward to growing more--however, I think it would be beneficial if I network with other like-minded individuals.  

We are very motivated individuals and even more so as a team.

@Jarred SleethJust repeating some wisdom passed along with me to an individual I met with for breakfast a week or so ago.  

We exchanged information and discussed our individual strategies.

Since we are such a big city, and a city of neighborhoods, I am against any generalization of it because it varies so much from neighborhood to neighborhood, and in some areas from block to block.  

Especially when it comes to surrounding myself with successful millionaire minded individuals. 

As individual podcast audiences grow, I think there will be a lot more of it.
