Old but new to BP

Hello everyone! 

My name is Mario and I've been on BP for over two years however I've had very few interactions with others and am looking to change that.  I own a few properties in Ga and TX and am looking forward to growing more--however, I think it would be beneficial if I network with other like-minded individuals.  I've educated myself with other niches so if you're interested in bringing what you know to the table maybe we can build together.
