Will there be borrowing costs associated?

It's a condo so is there an association?

@Jose Leija is there any type of "condo association" or "home owners association" documentation? 

KCMO is about 3 to 5 days behind what you are seeing on the coast, to a lesser degree.

I have been a member of a our local builders association for years but flipping doesn't work like a builder who sends a blueprint to their supplier and they send the materials to the job and install.

I think in general, those of us that are very familiar with real estate probably downplay the true risks associated with real estate plays, since we are so familiar with them. 

You would have to call the company that provided the report or your local State LL Association-or similar-to be sure.
