I ran a background on a potential tenant and I denied their application based on information provided on the background check. They are requesting the background check, Am I required to give it to them?

@Wendy Lavana Under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, applicants are entitled to a free copy of their report.  I would recommend providing the denied applicant with the contact information of the company that ran the check for you and the company you used can walk through the steps with the denied applicant on how they can receive their free copy of the report.
