Where do you purchase Materials?

Hey Everybody! I just purchased my first flip about a week ago and will be finishing up demo soon and will need to start thinking about finishing materials, ie; lights, trim, faucets.... I have been a member of a our local builders association for years but flipping doesn't work like a builder who sends a blueprint to their supplier and they send the materials to the job and install. I need more of a one stop shop. I have a cabinet guy who can get me Contractors Choice for 10% less than Lowe's but I am still left needing lights, Plumbing fixtures, mirrors, baseboard, casing, and anything else. Our local REIA membership comes with a Home Depot discount so right now I am leaning that way. After I pick a supplier what type of account do you have (COD, 30 days, 50% down) or do you use a credit card to get rewards? All advice is appreciated!
