I have heard and read a bunch of real estate books regarding buying and selling residential real estate but are there any good books regarding buying and selling commercial or industrial real estate properties?

I have contacts/friends in the space) or even recently been speaking to some commercial contacts about warehousing/industrial investments.  

The diversity of industry, is its real strength in my opinion, there is higher ed, medical, Warhouse, logistics, manufacturing, automotive, insurance.     

Unless you do something like this, you are just guessing and that could hurt you.Sounds like you kinda know the industry, but you need an expert to maximize the return on what sounds like a fantastic property....

If the ask price is at full retail value of the existing condition, I would argue that the seller would be getting too much with that plus equity stake.

Take baby steps and start immersing yourself in the industry.

The private mortgage (non-qm) industry is fairly new.

Either way always good to connect with fellow investors in the area, can’t ever have enough resources, plus kinda cool to both be in the healthcare industry.
