I'm new to real estate investing and currently looking into two markets that seem to offer some great potential... Can anyone give me some insight into the Columbus, OH & Omaha, NE areas? Has anyone had any success (or currently have rentals) in these areas? I'd love to know your thoughts/opinions and any suggestions you may have or any insight into the local neighborhoods in those areas. Thank you so much!! :)

There are a lot of OOS investors in the Columbus market. As far as the neighborhoods it all comes down to what you are looking for in a property. If you are looking for the highest cash flow cash flow that is going to be different than if would rather get a combination of both appreciation and cash flow. @Account Closed
