I was planning to respond until I saw Mike's post above...I was going to say the exact same thing...I've gotten loans for a newly created LLC on multiple occasions...it just required a small bank willing to do portfolio loans and my personal guarantee...

I then set them up on auto-responders and they get emails from me and then I hold monthly training calls to go over any questions and to teach them a little.
