Hello, I am a newbie investor who is currently in the process of relocating from CA to Charleston SC.

There have been a lot of relocations from other even higher-priced areas in the Northeast that have put a lot of pressure on the housing prices and inventory.   

I have been thinking about relocating either in California or Texas.

I am planning a move with my family to the Columbia area from the west coast in the very near future, and would love to chat with a local agent with some expertise in RE investing about our situation, and to help us in our planning/house hunting.We have been looking to relocate back to the south, and narrowed our search down to SC.

As a Military spouse and as a Military Relocation Specialist, there is so much misinformation about the VA loan and its process.

Renovations include moving some walls, relocating bathroom and kitchen plumbing, drywall, install kitchen cabinets, countertops, flooring, finish work, etc.Thanks in advance,Gregg 

Those affected will relocate to a place where they can live and work today.

Much better if Tenant is given a longer time to relocate, knowing they will not be forced to "settle" for something less desirable due to LL imposing a penalty for breaking the term, or only having the 30 day (or whatever local law provides) period to find something.Also, don't give it away to the Tenant to "save" a commission.

I have workers that work construction jobs in columbus for us that relocated that are paying 2k a month right now living in hotels so I doubt the price is the issue it's either a marketing issue or pics or something else. could be layout. have you been to the property before?
