Newbie Investor to Charleston SC

Kevin Sellon
Posted

Hello,

I am a newbie investor who is currently in the process of relocating from CA to Charleston SC. We recently flipped our first home and really want to use the capitol wisely to invest in multifamily units. I have been devouring all of the bigger pockets material as well as taking courses from a local investor who has become one of my mentors. I'm really excited to get out to the Charleston area and am looking to make connections with any investors, wholesalers, agents, property managers, general contractors or anyone else reading this who is interested in investing!

I am looking to build my portfolio and assemble a core 4!

Thank you for taking the time and really look forward to hearing from the forum.
