For myself Realestate is one of my passions.

They just realized that for day to day managing and compared to managing to their Wilshire Blvd stuff, they were not ready or had the passion for the alternative new management challenges that would be required longer term.

I am also currently studying for my real estate license and should have that completed by mid to late November.Looking forward to attending the Omaha REI meeting next month and hopefully will begin to network with some great people who have the same interests and passions I do.

You have to have a passion for it.

My goal and passion in life is to become an Architect and Developer with a large portfolio of rental properties.

If you’re just working but all of the money goes right back into your passion/craft, you really aren’t compromising.

Not sure of how many think like this, but yes, I have passion for this game.
