New Member Hello from Nebraska

Hey Everyone!

I have been reading and digesting this site for a couple weeks and decided it was time to say hello.  I am a 32 year resident of the Omaha/Papillion area and have had some experience with real estate investments over the last 5 years.  My wife and I are venturing further into the water this Fall and are currently looking for our first stand alone flip.

We have completed 2 live in flips successfully and also had a rental property for a few years that we sold.  I do a large amount of the work on the homes and have contacts in the industry where I don't feel comfortable.  We both still have full time employment, my job affords me 3 mos off in the Fall/Winter to focus on real estate.  I am also currently studying for my real estate license and should have that completed by mid to late November.

Looking forward to attending the Omaha REI meeting next month and hopefully will begin to network with some great people who have the same interests and passions I do.
