Hey there! I'm a 16-year-old kid, based in Los Angeles area, looking for some real estate advice! I would really appreciate if the bigger pockets community could help me out, and post a couple of tips on how to get started, what their experience has been like, and what they do! Not only that, but I would also love to hear from some long time, older investors, to see what they think about today's markets (as they have been through so many market types). I'm also always looking for new connections, so post as much as you can!

Im not as successful prolly as a lot of the other bigger investors that are on here however ill go first.

Im located in Central IN and I wholesale and flip. Every deal that ive ever done has been with someone who didnt live here in my market.

above all real estate has changed my life......i am probably the 2nd most disciplined person that i know.....Because of real estate i started reading books......books changed my life......i started with rich dad poor dad and so on.....its sparked a new journey of self development for me......i get up at 430 and meditate, pray, affirmations, gratitude and then off to the gym.....i gave up red meat a few years back and i currently fast for 48 hours straight, weekly.....im physically a different person from 5 years ago and im grateful for that.......

if there was a piece of advice that i could give you, read books.....not even really real estate books......this business is majority mindset.......focus on that and work on your discipline and you will go far........i can gift you RDPD if you dont have a copy
