Yep videos will have some clickbait headline and they will be able to predict what is happening and then why you have to pay and take their training, which the real reason is because they probably just completed another ch 13 or 7 BK or have lawsuits you the wazoo and looking for fresh meat to take money from.

@Greg Cook- 1) rental income from the new  home you are  buying should be  usable for  part of qualifying income  2) a protion  rental income from another owned  rental  property should be  usable even if  propererty was  acquired  6 months  ago 3) the  new loan for the 2 property would need to be a  rental property loan and not a " second home loan "

.-- Maybe renter cooks spaghetti for a long time long in the tiny unit.-- Maybe mini-splits are too big and not running enough.-- Maybe mini-splits mounted too low to grab higher humid air (hot air rises).-- Maybe it's an air circulation problem, ask the renter to put a small 9" fan (like a Vornado) on the floor in the doorway (pointed up at a 45% angle) in the bedroom.
