Try filling an 8-bedroom vacancy that cancelled 3-4 days before arrival.If governments start mandatory shutdowns again, and some nearby states (KY and IL for example) seem to be seriously considering it, large cabins will take the brunt of that.

Why... because we make sure our resident has a job, has savings, background and credit screening is done, etc.On a side note if the government wants landlords to take the weight of non-payment they need to start a program for landlords similar to affordable housing.

I can't imagine that being the case considering I'm not a church.I intend to call the local zoning office tomorrow but getting a live person on the phone in the government is tough these days.
