Of course the Lender will not speak to me without authorization from the Owner Of Record.I know there are certain conditions that would cause the Lender to delay filing a foreclosure action (seasoning, etc) but cannot confirm anything.I feel like I'm at a standstill here.

That being said, the person who will have authority to dispose (sell) the property will receive an Order to Sell signed by the Judge, then that will be just what that means.

So I think landlords can have an unrealistic expectation that pets will never be in their units whether authorized or not.I have seen tenant spaces with pets that are clean as a whistle and then spaces with no pets but the tenant was filthy and a hoarder.
