Hi all, I'm putting together groups of investors to invest in RE. People asks me to invest with their IRA funds - what do I need to know / prepare?

Assaf, I don't see any issues with this setup, IRA can be a member of the LLC. Actually, it will be the IRA custodian who will be the member on behalf of the IRA for the benefit of the account owner. Unless Checkbook IRA structure is used, which allows the account holder to bypass the custodian. Is this your first LLC or have you done any deals like this in the past?
