Condo financing Las Vegas

Just found out that condos in Las Vegas cannot get financed by banks (51%+ investment properties with no owner living there). Any suggestions on another financing option? I don't live in Las Vegas...

@Brick Wall  Several condo projects here don't qualify for financing as you mentioned.  However, several do.  Find an agent and lender that can guide you through it.
