I'm very, very happy with Better Homes/Mason-McDuffie, especially because my office, the Berkeley Regional Office located in North Berkeley, is just full of friendly, expert, supportive, generous agents.

I'm looking primarily in the West Chicago to Near North neighborhoods in order to keep projects close to home so I can be available as needed.

But yes it's an hour north in San Jose.Looking forward!

Some of the areas to look for in the city would bethe Monroe Ave area, Park Ave, South Wedge, North Winton/Browncroft, Corn Hill and maybe a couple more I am missing?

I just bought another rental out in LV, this one is in North Vegas, a more questionable area then the last purchase.
