My attorney which specializes in Real Estate says to me that in such cases if the other owners do not sign there is not anything that you can do and it's better to leave the case cause I will just waste my time and will have no results.

Why losing/ wasting that revenue?

Just make sure you're serious about buying so you don't waste their time looking at lots of properties, making offers just to find out you're not willing to do the deal at the end. 

The good people are busy and don't waste time or take on new clients that are unknown...they're just too busy with current workload. netowrking and refferals will be the best move you can make, but start slow and test these people to see if they align with your personality but also your risk appetite.

@Grayson GistThat sounds like a headache and a half, i think as a new investor you definitely do not have the luxury to waste your time with people that are not meeting you on dates you agreed.

Over doing improvements to your property for the market may turn out to be a waste of money.

@Lori Greene thankyou I will look for that 1 on 1 option for the appraisal...also I haven't found a mentor yet but I'm looking.i don't want to waste anyone valuable time.i would like to add value to someone in that kind of amazing relationship....i will definitely continue that much important search.

Welcome @Patrick Tilly, there is a load of great information here on BP, and even though it sounds like you have the skillset to build, there are ways to avoid even doing that. 

I would not waste your time with those as they will try to fight on the repair
