Portfolio lending issue

Hey,

I have a Fourplex I'm house hacking and flipping with my wife. We have another SFR so our DTI is quite high. We went from bank to bank with our pitch for our second off market Fourplex to house hack and flip.

I finally found a lender who’s willing to do a portfolio loan but she has missed the closing date three times now. I’m having trouble getting this deal closed because she always comes back asking for more and more paperwork. Any suggestions to help smooth the process along?
