The game plan - start with wholesaling, move towards prehabbing and rehabbing, own residential rental properties and eventually commercial investments.My 5 year plan is to be a full time REI by the end of 2018, be personally debt free and own 6 rental properties by the end of 2019, and own 10 rental properties free and clear by 2022My goal with bigger pockets - I'm searching for mentors, advice and any general input with what else is available and eventually be able to help others once i have some marks on my belt.I have learned a tremendous amount and have a little experience but I have a long way to go.
