Currently exploring some options to invest in property. My husband thinks I was made for flipping houses... We will see!

Looking to connect with locals for guidance, tips and tricks. Currently gathering info for flip/investment #1 when the opportunity strikes.

We have a rental property in Florida that does alright. I think I am ready to get my feet wet closer to home!
