Newbie in the Houston area

Hi everyone.....I am itching to hit the ground running! Looking for a good Wholesaling mentor and anyone with great advice.

I have an all-lines insurance agency in NW Houston, and believe that REI incorporates very well into what my office currently does.

My goal is to have the systems in place to go from Wholesaling to Rehab/Sell within 12-18 months, with the long term goal of building my Rental portfolio to be financially independent. I would also like to help the Bigger Pockets community by making myself available to help others in this REI journey.

The Bigger Pockets community can help me become more successful, buy connecting me with other like-minded folks that enjoy what they do and enjoy helping others succeed.
