That person will now get punished with an even lower credit score, because now they have a newer 'last activity date'.I think that's totally unfair and I feel it's completely justified to question that and try to do something about that.

Firstly, sorry for my naive question but I've never been in this position before.I am in the process of evicting a tenant.The current rent they owe is-November rent- $450 + $75 late feeDecember rent- $450 + $75 late feeThere is a court date this week, which I assume the tenants will appear at and try to make any blande excuse/lie they can about why they should continue to stay longer rent free.
