Finally, I have seen a few startups emerging that blur the lines with different aspects of the physical demands (maintenance, relationships, rent collection, etc.) on a more regional basis. 

We have found and provided great TK homes in that region, along with establishing grounds in other states and metro areas.

There are a lot of affordable multi-family units and commercial investment opportunities in our region.  

If the traditional agents weren't getting the lion's share of properties listed at their customary rate for the region, Redfin couldn't afford to discount/kickback their commission.  

I think they are building a casino over that way

I'm here to connect with people that are currently flipping/rehabbing a property in the Sacramento region.

The entire region has a severe lack of multifamily housing compared to other metro areas.

That alone would throw off the expenses from region to region.
