Looking for Contractors in Toronto, Ontario

I'm currently flipping properties in the GTA. I would appreciate any contacts of contractors who do good work at reasonable prices, such that a flipper can still make some money.

I have a contractor I'm pretty happy with now, but he's so busy with my and other projects that my projects are starting to get delayed.

I've met some great contractors who do very good work with minimal supervision, but for the most part, they're too expensive.

If anyone knows contractors in the GTA, Toronto, Brampton, Mississauga, York Region, Markham, Pickering, Oakville, Burlington, Oshawa, Thornhill, Vaughan, Newmarket, etc, please send me a PM or post on this thread.

If anyone has some great ideas on finding the best ones, I'm all ears.
