We are moving out of my Townhouse and we are going to fix it up to rent out. I'm in the process of reading the Beginner's Guide. Any tips on this process, priority list, pretty much need a mentor! Thank you for any advise you may have! Val

@Valerie Reyna

I would start by clicking the search window at the top right and just searching "tenant screening." From there you can click on "Bigger Pockets Blogs" over on the left of the screen and I think there are over 200 blog posts about tenant screening from the pros. Thats where I would start! I heard a wise bit of advice from a colleague this week who said that tenants are part of your REI team. They are the only member of your team who will be depositing money in your bank account on a monthly basis (@Alex Franks). So definitely pick them carefully!

Good luck!
