Investing In Annapolis Maryland

Hi,

This is my second post on BP and a little background information... I have bought one property and in the midst of putting the last finishing touches on it before my tenants move in.   I currently rent as well but I am looking to purchase a 4plex multifamily in the Annapolis area.  My question would be while searching for a property, is there a way to do a broad search of houses that fall into a desirable school district.  I don't have any kids but for the sake of finding neighborhoods that are very attractive.

So far for my search I have used Loopnet and Realtor.com. Unfortunately I have not networked in the Annapolis area with a buying Broker or have access to the MLS to search.

Any advice or feedback around the Annapolis area would be great.

Thank you,

Scottie

An agent can restrict the property search to individual schools you choose. However an agent is not allowed to pick the school for you. Agents are prohibited by Fair Housing laws from commenting or making judgments on what schools are "good" or "bad".

Also you are going to be hard pressed to find a 4-plex in Annapolis. The entire region has a severe lack of multifamily housing compared to other metro areas. (If you are curious as to why, check out my member blog as I have a write up about it)
