I love Airbnb and think it is a great service for both guests and hosts, but I really don't think it works for those people just wanting to rent their personal residence when they are out of town or for special events. 

I researched and interviewed many firms and groups, but finally settled on Anderson Advisers.  

I found one firm that seemed good (shoot me a note-happy to share), but I want a few more names. 

I started hosting some investor meetups as well if you ever have the interest in coming down checking one out.

I suppose it's possible to be sued for more, but I can't possibly think of too many things involved with my rentals that could make me personally liable for such an amount, especially with the weight of the insurance company's law firm fighting on my behalf.
