They're talking a lot about "experiences" where people go to hang out and mingle (for example, a Tom's shoe store selling coffee), lots of online retailers opening very popular popups (see Glossier), big malls are also being repurposed, WeWork has been renting out big stores like Macy's that are closing out, etc.

There are two freestanding building on the property:A metal warehouse building that is around 5,000 square feet and a 3,500 square foot building that is approximately 1,750 of street level store front space and 1,750 of basement level warehouse space. 

They either store footage on the device itself or on the cloud.

It would have taken considerable time to get rid of everything and we would have had to store it somewhere in the meantime!

As to the price on the stove, you ought to be able to get a scratch and dent at a big box store for less than $400 or new at $450 on sale and delivered from big box.

Account Closed Hey i have considered it as possibility however never fully engaged in it i focused my time and capital into merchandise exchange stores online and real estate investing.

I had a tenant ask to bring their own W/D and I would of been fine with that, but I had nowhere to store the one in the unit.  

They put a Walmart, Dick's Sporting Goods, Burlington Coat Factory and a bunch of small stores and restaurants.
