There are a lot of podcasts and mastermind groups out there for multifamily and single family investing, but I'm wondering what are the best ones for retail / office investing? Thank you for any guidance you can provide!

@Jay Helms -  @Jessica Zolotorofe  is right, not everyone is hurting and lots are being repurposed. They're talking a lot about "experiences" where people go to hang out and mingle (for example, a Tom's shoe store selling coffee), lots of online retailers opening very popular popups (see Glossier), big malls are also being repurposed, WeWork has been renting out big stores like Macy's that are closing out, etc. So I think it will continue to shift, but slowly, like everything else. And when interest rates continue to rise, it will be buying spree time. I've been recording a few podcasts from what I'm learning with a mentor that has only done retail, so when I get the courage to launch it I'll let you guys know. Other than that, I'll keep looking for a mastermind group!
